Terms & Conditions

At Papermints, we are committed to providing our clients superior quality merchandise and the highest level of customer service and assistance. We proudly stand by the quality of our products and our merchandise.

Personalized Products:

All personalized & customized product purchases are final. All artwork or layout has to be approved via a digital mock-up through email or private message. Artwork or layout must be checked for the chosen item, spelling, measurement, placement, accuracy and date request by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of the digital mock-up as this is how your artworks / layout will be printed. Artwork or layout requires full approval before we proceed to the printing of the item.

Any modifications requested after customer approval receipt, will result in production delays and could require additional expenses. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the digital mock-up could result in production delays.

Exchanges:

Clients may exchange any purchased goods within 30 days of the invoice date as long as items are not yet produced or clients have just made their deposit as their partial payment but haven’t yet finalized with their ordered item/s. Personalized and fabricated Item/s and any custom printed label services are not eligible for exchanges.

Returns:

Returns to damage or factory defect of the item/s must be made within 24 hours of the Papermints invoice date. The purchased items must be returned and received by Papermints before any refunds is issued. No refunds will be issued for goods damaged by the client. When a return is received, we will issue a refund to the client for the value of the merchandise returned and all applicable taxes, if any. In the case of such returns, delivery or shipping charges are not reimbursed. Clients are responsible for delivery/shipping costs of any merchandise shipped back to us and a copy of the invoice must be included with all merchandise sent back to Papermints.

Return Procedure:

To return a purchased item, simply send the item along with a copy of the invoice to:

Or to the branch where the item was ordered & produced.

A refund will be issued to the client within seven (7) days after returned items are received.

Shipping / Delivery Policy:

Standard Orders are delivered on the same or next business day after order is placed and payment is received or depending on the scope of the production such as quantity of the ordered item/s. Personalized item orders are shipped on completion of printing 3 to 5 business days after completion date and depending on the agreed timeline of the client/s and our sales team.
